Interiors for a 4-Bedroom Show Villa

Located near Harlur Lake, the show villa was a representation of the 199 villas on the flagship property of RBD Developers. With a plot size of 2400 sq.ft, it was designed for the builders to represent the potential of similar villas in their 24 acre township. The brief specified required that the interiors be high-end, aspirational design that would market itself. A neutral colour palette was maintained to please prospective buyers of all kinds. Brass as an accent colour was infused to create a feel of opulence. To emphasize the sense of space, the open layout planned extended the line of sight through the villa. Since this was a model villa, room names and quotes for the feel of each room was added to the signage, an additional way of engaging buyers. Overall, the design presented a curated experience that soon-to-be home owners could all aspire to live in.
